I started this web site two years ago using the WIX website host+editor. I had grand designs, which did not materialize. To save money and to conform to lower expectations, I found a less expensive host and rebuilt a simpler version of the web site. I may import some or parts of the few of the posts I created in the earlier iteration. I will also lower my expectations for post length and polish, in the interest of removing the obstacles to writing. My goals for these notes are to capture thoughts and ideas, describe experiences, and make connections with people.
